Creating a Library of Illustrations for Your Professional PowerPoint Presentations
One challenge often faced in PowerPoint presentations is how to locate the illustrations that are needed to explain specific concepts. This is especially true for marketing presentations, in which a complex product or service needs to be explained accurately and quickly to a new prospect. In most cases, the illustrations and animation for these types of PowerPoints simply do not exist in the clip art library in PowerPoint itself or for that matter, on the internet as a whole. In these cases, the only solution is to create the custom art that is needed for the presentation.

When marketing staff are putting together a customized presentation for a new prospect, they can pull this image from an online database, size it for the slide and then place appropriate text that clarifies how overnight shipping works in the service. By having this database the company maintains high quality illustration imagery throughout their sales PowerPoint presentations. This firm’s product relates to product shipping and there are many illustrations that pertain to this process, including the fork lift, loaded pallet, trucks, etc. Each image is used to describe a step in the process, which is shown typically on one slide of the presentation.
