Stick with the master. . .master slide that is.

You have a powerpoint presentation in which headlines jump around from page to page and there are enough bullets to do one of those “connect-the-dots” from childhood. And believe me, I’ve tried to fix plenty of presentations manually, by examining inconsistencies from one slide to the next. Not only is it not fun, it’s also not productive. Then, one day, a little voice whispered, “Run everything by the master”. So if your text is running too long on one slide, then the point size should be reduced on ALL slides, and you do that by going through the master. Same thing with colors, image placement, paragraph spacing, etc.
